detol_event

During our Healthy living month here at Learning Ladder Nursery we have had the pleasure of receiving a visit from Detolon January 20, 2016 to share the importance of cleaning our hands properly and regularly. By utilizing creative and insightful presentations as well as sing along songs, Ms. Christie showed them how to properly clean their little hands between their fingers, their nails and all over with soap and water.

Thank you Detol for the creative way of getting our little ones involved to learn the importance of cleaning our hands regularly to keep our bodies healthy.

13th January 2016 Our Community Dentist visited our nurseries in jlt, she demonstrated how and why hygiene routines are so important and showed healthy foods to eat. She used puppets and props to show the children the proper way to brush teeth. All the children were enthusiastic and excited to take turns to join the activity and use the big toothbrush on the puppets. The children had fun with the colouring book gifts and new toothbrushes to use at home. Parents do keep encouraging them to brush their teeth twice a day….
